Fair Use

Fair Use only covers student/teacher work that stays within the SCHOOL BUILDING or HOME. If it is posted online or shared online in any way, it is then in a PUBLIC space and you are no longer protected under "Fair use".

Work in the public domain is free for anyone to use in any way without getting permission.
